Light Sour Cream Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese 2 tbsp Buttermilk 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice, fresh squezzed -or more to taste
Recipe Instructions:
In a blender, place cottage cheese, buttermilk and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Adapted from "Diet for a Happy Heart" and appeared in the
