Low-Calorie Italian-Style Dressing Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2/3 cup tomato juice 1 tbsp olive oil 1/3 cup wine vinegar 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 2 small garlic cloves, crushed 1/4 tsp salt
Recipe Instructions:
Measure all ingredients into a pint jar; cover. Shake vigorously. Store in refrigerator. Shake before using.
This recipe yields 1 cup for 8 servings.
