Recipe Ingredients:
0.50 ts Dry mustard 1.00 ts Water 0.50 c Tomato juice 3.00 tb Oil 2.00 tb Lemon juice 0.50 ts Salt Dash black pepper 1.00 tb Chopped green onion 1.00 tb Worcestershire sauce
Recipe Instructions:
BLEND MUSTARD WITH WATER IN BOWL AND LET STAND 5 MINUTES. ADD TOMATO JUICE, OIL, LEMON JUICE, SALT, PEPPER, GREEN ONION AND WORCESTERSHIRE AND BEAT WELL. STORE IN COVERED JAR AND CHILL. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. 26 CALORIES PER TABLESPOON This recipe is from THE LOS ANGELES TIMES COOKBOOK. Makes about 1 cup.
