Luscious Lamb Burgers Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb ground lamb 1 tbsp plain nonfat yogurt, plus 1 teaspoon 1 1/4 tsp fresh oregano, minced 3/4 tsp fresh thyme, minced 1 tbsp lemon juice, plus 1 teaspoon 2 garlic cloves. finely minced
Recipe Instructions:
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high. Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Grill the burgers, turning once, according to the following guidelines: 6 minutes for rare, 8 minutes for medium, or 10 minutes for well done.
Per serving: calories 301, fat 20.5g, 62% calories from fat, cholesterol 102mg, protein 26.2g, carbohydrates 1.8g, fiber 0.2g, sodium 65mg.
