Luscious Lima Beans Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

4 oz smoked turkey breast
2 bags frozen lima beans - (8 oz ea)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced

 

Recipe Instructions:

Put the turkey into a medium pot and cover with water. Boil for 30 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the lima beans are tender, about 20 minutes.

This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Starch.
