Macaroni Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3 cup Macaroni, cooked and drain 1/2 cup Celery, thinly sliced 1 cup Green onions, cooked, chopped 1 cup Broccoli, cooked, chopped 1 cup Cauliflower, cooked, chopped 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat 1 tbsp Mustard, prepared 3/4 tsp Herb or Italian seasoning no oil
Recipe Instructions:
Combine the macaroni and vegetables. Combine the yogurt, mustard and seasoning in a separate bowl and mix well. Add to the vegetable and macaroni mixture and chill.
serving: 1 vegetable + 1 bread 125 cal (6% from fat) 24.1g carb, 5.7g pro, .9g fat 60mg sodium
