Mango Whip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3 large mangoes 3 tsp sugar 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and cut into small pieces 1 cup low-calorie whipped topping 6 tbsp chopped toasted pecans
Recipe Instructions:
Peel and pit the mangoes. Cut the fruit into pieces and puree in a food processor. Add the sugar and stir in the papaya.
Fold in the whipped topping. Top each serving with pecans and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
Exchanges Per Serving: 2 Fruit, 1 Fat.
