Mardi Gras Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1.00 lg Tomato 0.75 c Sliced yellow squash 1.00 c Shredded rec sabbage 1.00 c Unpeeled, sliced purple Turnip 0.50 c Sliced radishes 0.25 c Sliced carrots 1.00 md Onion, sliced very thinly 0.75 c Sliced cucumber 0.25 c Coarsely choppd fresh parsly 1.00 Red leaf lettuce 1.00 Vinaigrette Dressing
Recipe Instructions:
Toss all the ingredients together except the lettuce and dressing. Make beds of lettuce on salas plates and place the rest of the salad on top. Pour the dressing over and serve.
