Marinated Chicken Kabobs Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
4 tsp fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste 1 piece fresh ginger - (abt 1"), peeled, minced 1 tsp curry powder 4 tsp olive oil 2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved, and cut into 1/4" strips
Recipe Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Add the chicken and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Thread the chicken onto metal or wooden skewers.
Grill over medium heat until chicken is cooked throughout, about 15 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 3 to 4 ounces.
