Marinated Mushrooms 2 Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2 cup Small fresh mushrooms cut in half
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Dried chives
1 tsp Dried parsley
1/4 tsp Dried oregano
1/8 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp Pepper
Salt to taste

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients, chill several hours or overnight.

Per serving: 1g protein, 7g fat, 2g carb., 11mg sodium, 0mg chol., 73
calories.

Servings: 4
