Meat And Potato Loaf Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Very lean ground beef 2 Egg whites 1/4 cup Onions, finely chopped 1/4 cup Carrots, grated 3 oz Unpeeled potatoes, grated 2 tbsp Ketchup 1/4 tsp Dried thyme Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients, shape into a loaf and place on a rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
Per serving: 22f protein, 15g fat, 7g carb., 181mg sodium, 70mg chol., 259 calories.
