Meat Loaf Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 Egg 2 cup Lean grd round, 15% fat 2 slice Bread, cubed fine 1/4 cup Catup 1/3 cup Onion, chopped fine 2 tbsp Green pepper, chopped fine 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Dry mustard 1 tbsp Prepared horseradish, if desired
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Mix all ingredients well. Form into a loaf. Place in foil-lined 5 x 9 pan; bake until done (15-20 minutes)
Food Exchanges per serving: 1/2 STRACH/BREAD EXCHANGE + 3 LEAN MEAT EXCHANGES + 1 1/2 FAT EXCHANGE CAL: 258
