Melon And Berries In Sauterne Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups diced honeydew melon or cantaloupe 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries or raspberries 1 cup sauterne = (or other dessert wine)
Recipe Instructions:
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve in clear glasses.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
