Mexican Hot Chocolate Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3 cups skim milk 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon 6 cinnamon sticks
Recipe Instructions:
Warm the milk in a saucepan, then pour it into a blender. Add the cocoa, sugar, and ground cinnamon and process until frothy. Serve in warmed mugs with a cinnamon stick.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
