Mock Sour Cream Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Cottage cheese, well-drained 2 tbsp Dry buttermilk 1/2 cup Skim milk 1 tbsp Lemon juice 1/2 tsp Salt (omit for low sodium diet)
Recipe Instructions:
