Monterey Penne Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 Red or green pepper, cut in julienne strips (or Both) 1 cup Quartered, fresh mushrooms 1 Onion, coarsely chopped 4 cup Hot cooked penne pasta, drained 1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
Recipe Instructions:
Place veggies and 2 tbsp water in a covered microwaveable dish. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Drain veggies and toss with pasta and cheese. Makes 2 servings.
