Morning Rush Hour Burrito Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 tbsp reduced-fat cream cheese
1 flour tortilla - (6" dia)
1 tsp strawberry jam
1 New Zealand kiwi fruit, peeled, and
thinly sliced

 

Recipe Instructions:

Spread the cream cheese over the flour tortilla. Spread the strawberry jam over half of the tortilla.

Place the kiwi slices over the other half of the tortilla. Fold the two sides together and serve.

This recipe yields 1 serving.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1 1/2 Fruit, 1 Fat, 1 Starch.

Nutrition Facts: Calories 211; Calories from Fat 51; Total Fat 6g; Saturated Fat 2g; Cholesterol 10mg; Sodium 220mg; Carbohydrate 36g; Dietary Fiber 4g; Sugars 14g; Protein 5g.
