Ingredients:

6 tbsp prepared mustard
6 tbsp light ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp dried minced onion flakes
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar substitute, (Sugartwin)


 

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

EXCHANGES: 1 veggie; Cals - 47; Fat - 1gm; Prot. - 0.9gm; Carbs. - 4.4gm;
Sodium - 516mg; and Cholesterol - 0

The accompanying article states that [t]hese sauces are high in sodium.
(no kidding) consider using lemon juice, lime juice or vinegar if you like.
As for me, I'm adding 1 tablespoon of red pepper sauce.
