No-Cook Peanut Pasta Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/3 cup hot water 1/3 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter 1 tbsp lite soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tsp sugar 2 tsp minced green onions 2 garlic cloves, finely minced 1 tsp hoisin sauce 4 cups hot cooked linguine
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients for the sauce and toss with hot cooked linguine.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1 cup pasta, 2 tablespoons sauce.
