Nutty Brussels Sprouts 2 Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

3 pt Brussels sprouts =OR=-
16 oz (2 pks) brussels sprouts, frozen
2 tbsp Butter =OR=-
2 tbsp Margarine
1/4 cup Peanuts, coarsely chopped

 

Recipe Instructions:

Trim stems from brussels sprouts. Remove wilted leaves; wash. Cut large
sprouts in half lengthwise. Cook the sprouts, covered, in a small amount
of boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp-tender. (If
using frozen, cook according to package directions.) Drian. Add butter or
margarine and toss gently. Place brussels sprouts in serving bowl.
Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves
