Oatmeal With Raisins And Cinnamon Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Water 1/4 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Raisins 2/3 cup Uncooked quick-cooking oats 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
Recipe Instructions:
Combine water, salt, and raisins in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in oats and cinnamon. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute or until water is absorbed. Remove vrom heat, and serve warm. Makes 4, 1/2 cup servings.
Nutritional information per serving: calories - 93, protein - 3 gm., fat - 1 gm., carbohydrates - 18 gm., cholesterol - 0 mg., fiber - trace, sodium - 197 mg. Diabetic Exchanges: Starch - 1.
