Old Fashioned Mashed Potatoes Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

3 medium baking potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
1/2 tbs. Butter Buds®
2 tbs. Molly McButter®
1/2 cup 2% milk, more or less
salt and pepper, to taste

 

Recipe Instructions:

Place potato chunks in medium saucepan and add water to top of potatoes.
Cover and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
Drain, add butter, milk, and pepper. Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Salt if desired.

Servings: 6
