Onion Dip (1 Point) Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
8 oz nonfat plain yogurt 1/2 Onions, finely chopped 2 tsp Lemon juice 2 tbsp Parsley 1 d Hot pepper sauce 1 d Horseradish 1 d Salt and pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Chill thoroughly. Yield: 1 1/2 C 1 serving = 1/2 milk, 1/2 veg Calories: 72
