Onion Rolls Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Flour, + 2 tbsp Flour 3/4 tsp Baking soda 1 package Instant beef broth 1 tbsp Onion flakes, minced 2 tbsp Margarine, melted 1 Egg 2 tsp Honey 1/4 cup Plain lowfat yogurt, + 2 tbsp Plain lowfat yogurt
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, broth mix and onion flakes. In larger bowl, combine remaining ingredients, beating with a fork until blended. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Mix with a spoon until all ingredients are moistenend. Knead dough a few times until it holds together. Divide dough among 6 nonstick muffin cups. Bake 12 minutes, until golden. Remove to rack to cool or serve warm.
Per serving: 5g protein, 5g fat, 22g carb., 219mg sodium, 47mg chol., 154 calories.
