Orange Jubilee Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate 2 1/4 cups skim milk 1/2 tsp vanilla 1 3/4 tsp Equal Measure = (or 6 packets Equal sweetener or 1/4 cup Equal Spoonful) 8 ice cubes Ground nutmeg or cinnamon, (optional)
Recipe Instructions:
Process orange juice concentrate, milk, vanilla, and Equal in food processor or blender until smooth; add ice cubes and process again until smooth.
Serve in small glasses; sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 4 ounces (1/2 cup).
Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Fruit, 1/2 Skim Milk.
