Oriental Burgers Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Very lean ground beef 1 Egg white 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 tsp Ground ginger 1 tsp Grated lemon peel 1 tbsp Minced onion flakes 1/4 tsp Pepper
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, shape into 4 patties. Place on rack in broiler pan or grill. cook 3 inches from heat about 5 minutes per side, or until done to taste.
Per serving: 21g protein, 15g fat, 2g carb., 332mg sodium, 70mg chol., 230 calories.
Servings: 4
