Oven-Baked Herb Potatoes Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 medium Baking potatoes 1 tbsp Vegetable oil 1/2 tsp Dried thyme 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
Recipe Instructions:
Slice the potatoes about 1/4 inch thick. Brush the slices with the vegetable oil. Place in baking pan. Sprinkle with thyme and oregano. Bake in 400 F oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender.
