Oven Barbecued Chicken Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
LOW CHOLESTEROL
1 Fryer chicken, (2 1/2 to 3 pounds), cut into serving pieces, skin removed 1/4 cup Water 1/4 cup Vinegar 3 tbsp Vegetable oil 1/2 cup Chili sauce, or catsup 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp Dry mustard 1/2 tsp Pepper 1 1/2 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Onion, chopped (optional)
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350* (moderate). Combine all ingedients except chicken in saucepan, place over heat, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Place chicken in a large baking pan. Pour half of the barbecue sauce over chicken and bake, uncovered, for about 45-60 minutes. Baste with remaining barbecue sauce every 15 minutes during cooking.
