Pancake-Waffle Sauce For Diabetics Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup Apple juice or any unsweet- ened fruit juice 1 tbsp Tapioca, cornstarch or arrowroot
Recipe Instructions:
Combine ingredients and cook, stirring constantly, over medium high heat until thickened. Serve warm or cold. For variation, add cinnamon or nutmeg. Makes 1 cup, 16 - 1 Tablespoon servings.
