Paprika Potatoes Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
3/4 lb red potatoes, cut into quarters 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 1 tbsp paprika 1/2 tsp freshly-ground black pepper 1/2 tsp salt
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Pour the melted butter over the potatoes. Add the paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well so that the potatoes are evenly coated. Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the potatoes are fully cooked.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: about 3/4 cup.
