Pea And Tomato Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked peas 2 medium tomatoes, diced 1/2 tsp cumin 2 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Salt, to taste Freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and toss well. Serve chilled.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
