Peach Mint Cream-DiabeticWw Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:


JONI'S KITCHEN

1 cup Buttermilk
2 medium Peaches, cut up
1 Sugar substitute-to equal
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Mint extract
1 dash Green food coloring-optional

 

Recipe Instructions:

Whirl everything in blender. freeze till mushy and reblend, then serve in 2
large dessert dishes. Makes two servings. Can use any fruit in this
dessert. Fresh or canned with no sugar added, or the Lite canned fruit.
