Peach Or Nectarine Buttermilk Ice Cream Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

3 medium peaches or nectarines
1 cup Buttermilk
6 packages Equal (this is eqiv. to 12 tsp reg. sugar)
1/8 tsp Nutmeg

 

Recipe Instructions:

Slice fruit into blender. Puree fruit, and add the buttermilk to
total 3 cups. Add Equal, and blend well. Add nutmeg. Chill. Process in
machine per manufacturer's directions.

Servings: 4
