Peach Smoothies Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups cubed peeled peaches 1 cup skim milk 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 cup fresh blueberries 1 tsp almond extract Ice cubes, as needed
Recipe Instructions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
