Peach Sparkler Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/3 cup fresh peaches, peeled and chopped 2/3 cup sparkling water, chilled 1 slice fresh peach, garnish 1 sprig fresh mint, garnish
Recipe Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, puree peaches and sparkling water until smooth. Pour into a chilled stemmed glass. Garnish with peach slice and mint sprig. Source: Joslin Diabetes Gourmet Cookbook
