Pecan-Crusted Pork Chops Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cups pecans, crushed 1 tsp freshly-ground black pepper 4 boneless pork chops, fat trimmed 2 large egss, beaten Nonstick cooking spray, as needed
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the pecans and black pepper in a small bowl. Dip the pork chops in the egg, then dredge the pork chops through the pecan mixture until they are well coated.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place the pork chops on it. Bake for 23 to 35 minutes, or until the pork chops are well done.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1 pork chop.
