Pepper Burgers Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 lb Very lean ground beef 1 Egg white 3/4 oz Wheat germ 1 cup Red and/or green pepper, chopped finely 1/4 cup Tomato sauce 1/4 tsp Garlic powder 1/4 tsp Dry mustard 1 package Beef broth mix Pepper to taste
Recipe Instructions:
Mix all ingredients, shape into 4 patties. Place on rack in broiler pan or on grill and cook 3 incehs from heat about 5 minutes per side, or until done to taste.
Per serving: 23g protein, 16g fat, 6g carb., 423mg sodium, 70mg chol., 259 calories.
Servings: 4
