Pepperoni Pizza Rolls Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
cooking spray, non-fat 1 can (7 1/2 oz.) refrigerated biscuits 3/4 cup pizza sauce 20 slices pepperoni, chopped 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, fat-free garlic powder onion powder
Recipe Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray large baking sheet with coking spray. Remove one biscuit from can and place on clean dry surface. Using a rolling pin, roll biscuit out to about the size of the palm of you hand. Spread 1 Tbs. pizza sauce in center of dough, add about 2 tsp. copped pepperoni and 1 Tbs. shredded cheese. Sprinkle on a little garlic powder and onion powder. Bring sides of dough to the center and pinch tops togeher or roll each like a pencil. Place on baking sheet. Repeat process for all remaining biscuits. After all rolls are placed on baking sheet, spray tops with cooking spray. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes.
