Piña Colada Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 carton Piña Colada-flavored yogurt - (8 oz) 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice 1/2 cup low-fat (1%) milk 5 ice cubes
Recipe Instructions:
In a blender, add the yogurt, juice, milk, and ice cubes and blend until smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
This recipe yields 4 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Carbohydrate.
