Piña Colada Ii Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2 medium bananas
1 cup diced pineapple
1 tsp coconut extract
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tsp sugar
3 cups fat-free milk
1 cup ice cubes

 

Recipe Instructions:

Place the bananas in a blender and puree. Add the remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.

This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1 cup.

Exchanges Per Serving: 1 Fruit, 1/2 Fat-Free Milk.
