Pinwheel Cake And Cream Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups cold skim milk
1 package Jello vanilla flavor fat-free sugar-free
reduced-calorie instant pudding and pie
filling - (4-serv size)
1 cup thawed Cool Whip lite whipped topping
1 tsp grated orange peel
1 small peach or nectarine, chopped
1 package fat-free pound cake - (13.6 oz), cut into 12 slices
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup seedless grapes
1 medium peach

 

Recipe Instructions:

Pour cold milk into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in whipped topping, orange peel and peach.

Arrange pound cake slices on serving plate. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over cake. Top with fruit. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

This recipe yields 12 servings. Serving size: 1/12 recipe.
