Pistachio Pudding Dessert Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 package no-fat no-sugar pistachio pudding mix - (4 oz) 2 cups skim milk 1 cup low-calorie whipped cream 3 macaroons, crushed 1 tsp green cream de menthe 2 tbsp toasted pistachio nuts, for garnish
Recipe Instructions:
Prepare the pudding mix according to package directions, using the skim milk. Set aside to set.
When pudding is set, mix the whipped cream with the macaroons and cream de menthe. Layer the pudding and whipped cream in parfait glasses. Top each glass with nuts.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
