Recipe Instructions:
CRUST: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in water. Let stand until bubbly, about 5 to 10 minutes. Add salt (if desired), oil, and 1/2 cup flour. Stir thoroughly. Add remaining flour gradually. As dough thickens, mix flour in with hands. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Place dough in bowl coated with nonstick spray, cover, and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for about 45 minutes. Punch dough down and knead again for several minutes on a lightly floured surface. Roll dough to fit a 12-inch pizza pan. Coat pan with nonstick spray. Spread dough onto pan. Place toppings on pizza, beginning with tomato sauce, and bake in top third of oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese has melted. Makes 1 - 12-inch pizza, 8 servings.
