Pork Roast Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1/3 cup lite soy sauce 1/2 cup dry sherry 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbsp dry mustard 1 tsp ginger 2 tsp thyme 2 lb lean boneless pork roast
Recipe Instructions:
Combine the soy sauce, sherry, garlic, and spices in a plastic locking bag and mix well. Place the pork in the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 10 to 12 hours.
Heat the oven to 325 degrees. Remove the pork from the marinade, discard the marinade, and roast the pork for 2 hours. Let the roast rest 15 minutes before slicing.
This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 4 ounces.
