4.00 ea White potatoes, med, peeled And sliced 1.00 cn Cream of Mushroom soup 2.00 tb Green pepper, chopped 2.00 tb Minced onion 0.50 ts Salt, optional 0.13 ts Pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients Place in sprayed or non-stick casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until potatoes are tender.
