2 cup Nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup Granulated sugar replacement such as fructose sugar
2 cup Cornstarch

 

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender .Process until
well blended and powdered.Transfer to airtight container/
