Prosciutto With Papaya Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 large ripe papaya 4 lettuce leaves 2 oz paper-thin slices prosciutto = (or smoked ham) 8 ripe olives
Recipe Instructions:
Pare the ripe papaya and remove seeds. Slice lengthwise into eight slices. Line 4 plates with lettuce leaves and arrange two strips of papaya on each plate. Gently wrap center of each piece of papaya with prosciutto.
Garnish with olives.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
