Pumpkin Cream Pie Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
2 cup Cold milk 2 package Jell-O Vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling* 1 cup Canned pumpkin 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice 1 cup Thawed Bird's Eye whipped topping 9 Inch baked pie shell, cooled
Recipe Instructions:
*Or use 1 package (6-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding with 1 1/2 cups cold milk.
Combine milk, pie filling mix, pumpkin, spice and whipped topping in a deep norrow-bottom bowl. Beat at lowest speed of electric mix for 1 minute. Pour into pour pie shell. Chill until set, at least 3 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and pecans, if desired. Brought to you and yours via Nancy O'Brion and her Meal-Master.
