Pumpkin Parfait Recipe
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin puree 1 package sugar-free non-fat vanilla pudding, 4 serving size 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1 cup evaporated skim milk 1 cup skim milk
Recipe Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a mixer bowl. Place in parfait glasses and chill until set.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
Exchanges Per Serving: 1/2 Starch, 1/2 Skim Milk.
