Quick Chicken And Rice Recipe


Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked brown rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 cups water
2 skinned, split chicken breasts
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder

 

Recipe Instructions:

Mix rice, onion, green pepper and water and put in non-stick, 1-quart casserole (or line casserole dish with aluminum foil). Placed halved chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and sprinkle with pepper and garlic powder. Bake covered at 350 degrees F. f!
or 45 minutes to 1 hour until rice absorbs all water.
